1. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The Contract shall be undertaken for a minimum period of one year and the same can be extended with mutual consent.
2. WORKING HOURS: The daily working hours of our guarding personnel shall be of eight hour duration. However due to business exigency, security personnel will work for 12 hours for which additional 4 hours overtime will be charges.
3. BILLING AND PAYMENTS: We shall be billing the client on monthly basis and any less / extra duties actually performed, will be adjusted in the subsequent month bills. For ensuring timely payments to our guarding personnel, payment of our bills needs to be e released on or before 5th of every month by Cheque / D.D. drawn in favor of “TEAMFORCE SECURITY SERVICES”
4. Non Poaching - The client shall not offer direct employment to any of our employees on closure of agreement period or thereafter, at least for a minimum period of one year on termination of our contract. If our employees directly enrolled within the period as stated above, the client shall be liable to pay us the amount equivalent to one month gross salary of that individual.
5. Exit clause: The client can (a) Issue a contract termination letter on breach of contract clauses by giving one month notice before the contract closure period and on lapse of the allocated period of one month , we shall withdraw our guarding personnel. The client is advised, to clear full and final dues vide demand draft only. (b) terminate the contract instantaneously on clearance of our full and final dues plus one month notice charges vide demand draft only. If we do not receive the contract Termination Letter at least one month prior to our contract expiry date, the contract shall automatically stand renewed for a further period of one year with enhancement of 12% from the existing rates.
6. GST: As mandatory, GST will be levied to the client on our monthly billing as per Government norms.
7. Quality of Service The Services will be performed in a professional manner with industry standards reasonably applicable to such services. If the Client considers to have a replacement of manpower due to breach of agreed SOP’s , the client will notify the HR team of Team Force in writing stating the nature of the breach to bring corrective measures in place.
8. PAYMENTS TO OUR GUARDING PERSONNEL: The client or their employees shall not offer any payment in cash or any kind to our guarding personnel deployed at the location for whatsoever reasons it may be. During such kind of situation, Team Force management will not be responsible for the same. As a goodwill gesture, if client wants to felicitate, the same can be communicated.
9. Infra & gadgets : During the tenure of the contract, for systematic security functioning at the client’s location, the client shall provide our guarding personnel, with a proper Security Cabin, Umbrella, rest room, tables, Chairs, torches (with Battery), Stationery items, documentation and Tools etc.
